$100 or best offer. 1930s 5 Dionne Quintuplet Dolls/ Dresses, Undergarment, Shoes, Bed, Picture and Fan . The Dionne quintuplets are the first quintuplets known to have survived their infancy. The identical girls were born 2 months premature in 1934, near Callander, Ontario. As of May 2022, the surviving quints, Annette and Cécile are 91-years-old.
5 dolls are original; Bed, shoes & socks are original. Dresses, hats, &, undergarments are not original but are nicely made and freshly hand washed. Each doll has a complete set of clothing. I recently took them to a "doll hospital" to have them restrung. Before that, some of the doll parts were loose. The dolls would be approx. 8 inches if stretched out, but they are supposed to be in a seated position on the doll bed.
