This unfinished project has great potential, with room for a bathroom on one end. Inside has thick plywood floors ready for finished flooring and has new double pane vinyl windows. Steel front door with interior walls of wood. Brand new electrical outlets and light switches and a breakerbox.

Outside needs finishing but does have tin siding on back.

We were going to make it a sales office. It could be used as a cabin, or a guest house. Due to health issues giving it up cheap. Woodstove and pipe are not included.

We moved it from Lawsonville, NC to Ridgeway, VA, last time. It is on a steel base frame. It's previous life was as a tobacco dryer.
