This is a 2020 vehicle, so newer RV. After 3 to 4 years, our RV's are retired from the fleet, refurbished and put up for sale. They are higher mileage but have been expertly fleet, maintained. These units are WORK Horses and are meant to be used. They were checked out after every rental and then refurbished at our headquarters. Every system (AC, Heat, Plumbing, Generator, Propane, Roof, Holding Tanks, Engine, Transmission, Brakes and Tires) has been checked out and tuned up before they are put up for sale. They are re-painted in our Body Shop. Some people can’t tell they are used. All units are very well maintained. There are no RV’s out there in this condition that are anywhere near this price. Many of the lower mileage RV’s have been sitting for years in the driveway for 51 weeks a year. Nothing worse for a vehicle than sitting idle as hoses and parts become weak.
