Temporary position for assistant to professional roof inspector. Duties include driving inspector’s vehicle to appointments so he can do computer work while riding to the appointments. You would be responsible for your own transportation to Martinsville Va where you would meet and start the work day.
Safe/smooth driving is required. No aggressive driving or excessive speeding.
Business casual is the dress code because we are representing the company when on site.
Bonus if you are able to carry a ladder but not required.
The inspector does the roof inspections so you would not be required to do any climbing.
This is a very easy job with mostly just driving to appointments.
Work days typically run 6-8 hours depending on the work load.
When work is slow you would work only 1 or 2 days per week. When work picks up, normally would work 4 or 5 days.
Non smoker because no smoking allowed in the car or at inspection sites.
Pay is $14/hour, paid weekly.
The job is available to start right away.
